A smart app for spontaneous and inexpensive rides with focus on short trips.
At the beginning of the semester we were told to first go wander around, observe our environtment and look for a problem that we could solve by developing or redesigning an app.
With our app, we wanted to satisfy society's growing need for affordable, spontaneous and flexible mobility.
To meet those needs we knew we had to create a network of car-poolers to reduce costs for the individual, increase flexibility by being able to start from almost anywhere and thus reduce the planning time to a bare minimum.
And finally, to achieve this, we decided to conceptualize a fully automated app that learns over time and in the course of use starts to independently take over all steps you'd normally have to do by hand at other apps.
